Registration Deadlines

• Holiday Recital - Register by Nov 21   

  • December 13 Recital Sections - After you register, you'll be assigned to the 10:30, 11:30, or 12:30 segment.

  • December 20 Holiday Reception - refreshments will be served 3:00-4:30. No need to register.

• FFMC Festival - Register by Nov 21   

  • February 14 Festival Juryin Palm Coast - You will be assigned a time prior to the event. The event runs all day.

• Speak to your teacher

  • Your teacher is your best resource and guide to help you decide which events to enter and prepare your child for each event. Even though the deadline is still a couple of weeks away, it's a good idea to start the conversation early. Selecting pieces and making a final decision can take time.

• Complete and sign the Registration Form with your teacher

  • You and your teacher will formally commit to prepare and participate in the events you elect to take part in. Copies of the forms are available at the studio.

• Important highlights

  • Fees will be invoiced to your account and added to your monthly autopay bill. 

    • Fees will be added to your account in December, and will be reflected on your Dec 25th invoice for January.

    • You may cancel the Holiday Recital and receive a refund up to Dec 7. After that date, the fee is nonrefundable.

    • The fee for FFMC Festival is nonrefundable.

  • You must agree to our  Media Release to participate in the Holiday Recital. The agreement is included on the registration form.

  • Forms must be completed, signed and returned to your teacher by the November 21st deadline.
