Daily Routine

The camp is a 10-day morning intensive (2 hours per day, spread over 2 weeks). Although students will mix with different groups of children each day, they will always return to the same 4 daily activity groups. This format keeps things fresh and engaging, while progressively building skills and confidence in each knowledge set.

Camp Policies

Deposit and Tuition

Total tuition for the program is $250 and is all-inclusive. All necessary class materials will be provided. To reserve a spot in the program, the Parent/Guardian must submit an initial $50 non-refundable deposit towards tuition and leave a card on file.

The deadline for early withdrawal from the program is June 25, 2026. Upon early withdrawal, the Parent/Guardian will be refunded any program tuition payments beyond the $50 non-refundable deposit. 

After the early withdrawal deadline, all program tuition payments are final and the Academy is granted permission to charge the Parent/Guardian’s card on file for any remaining tuition balance. If the total tuition amount ($250) is not received, the Academy may cancel the Student’s enrollment.

Program Information

The Student is registered for the Summer Music Program offered by the Academy scheduled for July 13–24, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.


Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Rhythm & Note Reading Games

  • Composition

  • Singing, Solfege & Ear Training

  • Music History

  • Crafts

Activities are subject to change at the Academy’s discretion.

Student Requirements

Parent/Guardian attests to the following:

  • Student is 6-10 years of age

  • Student is an early beginner in music

  • Student has an active interest in learning music


Attendance Commitment

The Summer Music Program is designed as a complete 10-day group program. By signing this Agreement, the Parent/Guardian understands and agrees that the Student is expected to attend all scheduled camp days.


No refunds, credits, make-up classes, or prorated tuition will be provided for missed days, absences, withdrawals, vacations, scheduling conflicts, illness, or dismissal from the program.

Minimum Enrollment & Camp Confirmation

The Academy requires a minimum number of registrations to hold the program. Camp enrollment will be confirmed by July 2. If the Academy cancels the program prior to the start date, all tuition paid will be refunded.

If camp days are cancelled due to staff illness or instructor unavailability, the Academy will issue a prorated refund within two weeks following the end of the program.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to participate respectfully, follow instructor directions, and behave appropriately in a group setting. The Studio reserves the right to dismiss any Student whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Health & Emergency Care

The Parent/Guardian confirms that the Student is physically able to participate in normal classroom music activities.

In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, the Parent/Guardian authorizes the Studio to obtain reasonable emergency medical care for the Student if the Parent/Guardian cannot be reached.

Instructors

Instructors will be assigned by the Academy and are subject to reassignment as deemed necessary by the Academy.

Pick-Up Authorization

The Parent/Guardian is responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of the Student. The Studio is only authorized to release the Student to the Parent/Guardian or the following authorized individuals:

Liability Waiver

The Parent/Guardian understands that participation in group music activities involves normal risks associated with classroom participation and releases the Studio, its owners, employees, and instructors from liability for injuries, losses, or damages except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photo & Media Release

I grant permission for Luton Music Academy, its agents, and its employees, the unrestricted right to record, edit, use, reproduce, publish and distribute photographs, video recordings and images, and audio recordings, in whatever kind of media (electronic or otherwise) taken of me, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. I understand that there shall be no payment for this release. I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable by reason of such use.

I hereby release Luton Music Academy and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images, audio and/or video. 

I understand that I may revoke this authorization at any time by notifying Luton Music Academy in writing. However, I understand that any revocation will not affect Luton Music Academy’s right to use any photos, images or audio/video recordings, or any actions, that were taken before the receipt of any written revocation. I also understand that any revocation may affect my or my family’s ability to attend certain events, performances and other activities.

Parent Communication

The Parent/Guardian agrees to maintain current contact information and understands that important announcements may be sent by phone, text message, or email.

Parent Volunteer

The Academy may utilize parent volunteers to assist with general camp support, including distributing materials, assisting students during transitions between activities, supervising break times, and helping maintain an organized classroom environment.

Parent volunteers will not provide music instruction or be responsible for student discipline or medical care. Volunteers will not be given pay, credit, or any other formal compensation.
